Rem Koolhaas is a Dutch architect, architectural theorist and urbanist and Professor in Practice of Architecture and Urban Design at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. At Perigon Miami Beach, you can expect the highest level of services. Located at 5333 Collins Avenue, just blocks away from the highly successful, and fully sold out, 57 Ocean development, Perigon Miami will offer a host of services to residents and guests including 24-hour security, doorman and valet, on-site general manager, dedicated lifestyle concierge, residential butler service and use of a luxury house car.
