This newest Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront preconstruction project will be an exclusive “Condo Only” or pure condominium property with all the services of a hotel. There will not be a hotel or condo-hotel component to this property. It will be a standalone property exclusive only to its private residences. The new Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles is a collaboration between Fortune International and Chateau Group. Miami-based Arquitectonica is the Architect while world renowned Italian architect and interior designer, Michele Bonan will be handling the design components. Michele Bonan’s works include Casa Tua, The Grovenor House, Cipriani Restaurant, JK Capri, and JK Rome. Arquitectonica Gao is the Landscape Architect.
The Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles Beach project will span 2.2 acres on 250 linear feet of pristine Atlantic oceanfront with all the benefits of Ritz-Carlton’s five-star lifestyle. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. licensed its name to the project and will manage the property. The project will be located on the southern end of Sunny Isles Beach just north of Bal Harbour and Miami Beach.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach will be comprised of 5 floor plans ranging from 1,605 to 3,640 sq. ft. plus larger Penthouse residences up to 6,320 sq. ft. The make-up of residences will consist of 2 bed 2 bath units, 2 bed 2 bath plus den units, 3 bed 3 bath units, 3 bed 3 bath plus den units, 4 bed 4 bath plus den units, and larger Penthouse units. All Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles Beach Residences will have ocean views. Many of these luxury condo units will have incredible flow-thru designs with ocean, intracoastal and city views.
