Crosby at Miami World Center- Pre-Construction 2025

Residents at The Crosby Miami Downtown will live within walking distance to the best dining, shopping, and recreation venues
Worldcenter is a large mixed-use development under construction, led by principals Arthur Falcone and Nitin Motwani, spanning several blocks in the Park West neighborhood of Miami, Florida, just north of downtown, including over 25 acres of land, with a convention center, hotel space, residential, as well as copious street-level retail and more… The project will connect with the Brightline higher-speed rail system's Miami Central station.
Prices will start in the $300,000s, with units ranging in size from 350 to 825 square feet. There will be 22,000 square feet of amenity spaces spanning multiple floors, including a co-working center.
