The lake is like a bird sanctuary for egrets. herons, etc. The community is safe and quiet plus it's just a great location close to shopping, mall, restaurants, golf, interstate, turnpike. The view here is the best, by the beautiful lake and large yard area with direct access from the patio to the parking lot. The seller says the buildings are well built and sound proof
